Chelsea F.'s Story

Chelsea was born with something called pectus excavatum, which meant that her chest wall was deformed causing her breasts to appear uneven, and when she found out that breast implants could help her appear more symmetrical she was all in. In February of 2012, Chelsea underwent breast augmentation surgery and achieved the symmetry she’d hoped for, but this also marked the beginning of her breast implant associated issues.
As a way to track her health and healing journey. Chelsea started a blog. Below are a few links to posts that she has written regarding her experience with breast implants and breast implant illness.
